Secrets of the Pros – Educational Series

By purchasing and accessing the Secrets of the Pros 9-part producing, mixing, and mastering educational series (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

1. Program Description

Secrets of the Pros is a digital educational program consisting of nine (9) instructional modules focused on music production, mixing, and mastering. The Program is delivered digitally and may include video, audio, written materials, downloadable files, and other educational content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase and access the Program. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment, Currency, and Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Access to the Program will be granted only after successful payment processing.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary educational content:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You waive any right to a refund once access to the Program is provided

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital content are prohibited

  • Dissatisfaction with the Program, personal results, time constraints, or skill level does not entitle you to a refund

This policy applies to all purchases to the fullest extent permitted under California law.

5. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials or grant access to others

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or exploit the content

  • Upload the content to public or private platforms

  • Use the content for commercial or instructional purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Program is owned exclusively by the Program creator and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

7. Access and Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability of the Program. However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, income, career success, or skill advancement. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under California law, the Program creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program creator from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
